Then, how can we do when we got this problem? Actually, it is better for you to prevent than deal with this problem. Here are some prevention ways that you can do.
- First, you must drink water adequately. You must note that you need water and you should not wait for yourself to get dehydration to drink water. You can drink mineral water or any other liquid which is known to prevent dehydration such as clear broth and popsicle.
- Second, you must avoid alcohol including wine and also beer since alcoholic beverage is more likely to lead you got dehydration.
- Third, you must avoid having high-protein diets since it is able to encourage your body to dehydrate as well.
- The last, you must avoid salt tablets.
